It consists of: Yama(truthfulness), Niyama (purity of body and mind), Asana (right posture), Pranayama (the subtle life currents in the body), Pratyahara (interiorization through withdrawal of the senses from external objects), Dharana (focused concentration), Dhyana (Meditation) and, Samadhi (superconscious experience of the oneness of the individualized soul with Cosmic Spirit). The yoga system of the Patanjali is known as the Eightfold Path, which leads to the final goal of the God-realization.

         Yoga is not a religion but it is a way of living that point towards a healthy mind in a healthy body. Regular practice of yoga can help relieve stress, lose stress, improve immunity and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
